THE PERFECT SPRING MAXI DRESSFashion
I hope you’re reading this and enjoying all the Spring East coast weather (West coasters, you get it year round … and I’m jealous as shit).
I’m super excited to be done with over-sized Winter sweaters and break out my absolute favorite clothing staple, the maxi dress. In case you were wondering, a maxi is the kind of dress that goes to the floor/your ankles and tends to make every girl look like a goddess.
They’re insanely comfortable and always make you feel “well-put-together“. Not going to lie, I own an absurd amount of maxis. Since I’m short (5″2 issues) and have never been a huge fan of my legs, the maxi is my go-to to feel pretty and comfortable in my own skin … now who doesn’t want that :).
I know this week everyone is on the hunt for the perfect Easter dress so I wanted to share this Sunday Morning Blue Tie-Dye Wrap Maxi Dress from Lulu’s with you.
It’s my new front runner … kind of obsessed with it actually. The material is so light and the slit in the leg gives it a little extra … sexiness! It’s not cut too high though, so I’ve even pulled off wearing this baby to work. And it fits 100% true to size.
You can tie it in the front or wrap it around the back in a small bow. The blue/white colors are to die for! It’s literally perfect for the Spring that’s filled with an insane amount of social events like baby showers, graduations, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners … you get the point ;).
You can grab it here!
I would recommend pairing it with a strappy tan heel, this is another staple you need in your closet. You’ll get a ton of use out of these.
I’ve also been getting a bunch of DM’s on Instagram asking what curling iron I use, I can’t recommend the Amika Switch Kit enough. Live for it!
You can get all my hair secrets over at the Top 10 Flawless Hair Essentials post I wrote, it has absolutely everything you need for luscious locks!
I hope each of you has a wonderful holiday weekend with your families! Things have been crazy over here since I’m hosting my family Sunday, but I’m admittedly super excited for an adult Easter egg hunt. Seriously, what’s better than that?
I also spent WAY too much money today at HomeGoods on more Easter decor for the perfect table-scape I have in mind. I’ll share it on the blog with y’all before Sunday!
Hope you love this maxi + stay beautiful! xo.
